Protectors or Predators?
Last night, the nation, maybe even the world was distraught by the unbelievable knees that the policeman who shot and killed Mike Brown was found not guilty. It makes you wonder how corrupt and fixed the Justice system is. Last night alone, I saw the most disgusting and disrespectful status/tweets/post on all my social media websites. There was people saying "why should we care? There's black on black crime everyday" or "He's white, y'all knew he was gonna be found not guilty." Of course when it comes down to it, everyone sees the case as one of pure racism, but that's not the real problem at hand. Police are supposed to protect us, bring us peace, and serve justice when it is due. Not kill us and scare us. American, black, white and every color in between, will soon have no respect what do ever for law enforcement officials. Why should we? If they're using unnecessary rough tactics and killing innocents just to "do what's right," I'd rather have the violence. Because if I can't trust the police to do their job, how could I expect anyone to cooroperate and abide by the law they set for us? Justice wasn't served, and it will never be until we take a stand. #JusticeforAMERICA

How does justice get served in this situation?
ReplyDeleteI completely agree. How do you feel about most people turning it into a "racial" thing instead of serving justice for an American that passed away?
ReplyDeleteIn this situation you can't get justice because there's not enough evidence or information. it makes me sick to see how everyone turning it into a racial thing when IT IS NOT
